The company does not have a policy allowing the transfer of courses to other individuals.

Customers who purchase a course at branches in “Bangkok and its vicinity” can only use the course within Bangkok and its vicinity. Similarly, customers who purchase a course at branches in “Korat and Nong Khai” can only use the course within Korat and Nong Khai.

Steps to Check:

1. Enter the phone number and password you used to register.
2. Tap the three-line icon in the top left corner.
3. Select the “Inventory” section.
4. Details of the remaining courses along with their expiration dates will be displayed. (Courses are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.)

Conditions for Advance Booking

1. Book at least 1 day (24 hours) in advance
2. Specify the date, time, and treatment clearly during booking to check the availability of the masseuse at the respective branch
3. Online bookings cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. If you need to reschedule, please contact the branch directly.

We reserve the right to deny services to individuals with the following conditions:

– Fever
– High blood pressure
– Heart disease
– Osteoporosis
– Open wounds or chronic wounds
– Nervous system disorders, especially involving the spinal cord
– Joint instability
– Vascular or lymphatic obstruction
– Diabetes
– Arthritis
– Herniated disc (no neck massage, but light waist massage is allowed)
– Contagious skin diseases
– Cancer
– Pregnancy
– Menstruation
– Natural childbirth: massage services can be received 2 months postpartum
– Cesarean section: massage services can be received 3 months postpartum
– Hysterectomy: massage services can be received after the scar has formed or after 2 months; initially, light massages are recommended
– Surgery: for minor surgical wounds, massage services can be received 6 months post-surgery; for major surgical wounds, massage services can be received 1 year post-surgery
– Appendectomy: massage services can be received 3 months post-surgery

Yes, you can. Please provide the following information so that the staff at the branch can check the availability of the masseuse:

1. Provide the name of the masseuse or specify the level of massage you prefer, such as strong or gentle, so that the receptionist can allocate the right masseuse according to your needs.
2. The date and time you wish to have the massage.
3. The name of the treatment you wish to receive.

Note : This service is not available for online booking. We recommend contacting the branch directly.

Yes, you can walk in to receive services. However, the availability will depend on the schedule of the masseuses at that time. The reception staff at the branch will select the best available time slot for you.

BaanSuan Massage doesn’t allow customers to bring external balms to use at our spa. The balms you bring may have colors and scents that could disturb other customers. We recommend using our in-house balm oil. For more information, please inquire at the front desk before your service.

At the Branch
– Accepts payments in cash, QR Code scan, and credit/debit cards with no minimum amount and no additional VAT.

Online Booking
– Accepts payments via QR Code scan, credit/debit cards, WeChat, and Alipay.

Kiosk Machine
– Accepts payments via QR Code scan, credit/debit cards, WeChat Pay, and Alipay (available only at the Ram Inthra 62 branch).

If Contacting the Branch for Service
Tax invoices can be issued “on the day of payment only.” It is not possible to issue tax invoices retroactively under any circumstances.

If Paying Online
Customers can enter their details “via the online system” to request a tax invoice. It is not possible to request tax invoices from the branch or retroactively under any circumstances.

Baan Suan Massage can provide services to individuals aged 10 and above.

If you bring a child under the age of 10 for services, please kindly reserve a “private room” (service fee of 100 baht per room) to avoid disturbing other customers.

We offer private rooms for general massage treatments at a service rate of 100 Baht per room.

As for our herbal ball treatments, they are provided in private rooms at no additional charge.

For Roman Thermae and Herbal Scrub services, Baan Suan Massage offers only single-bed rooms at all branches.
